Export policy.

A clear framework for quotation, material review, documentation and shipment arrangements.

An enquiry comes before an agreement.

Provide the material, target specification, quantity, destination and any inspection conditions. Availability, pricing, payment arrangements and shipment responsibilities are established through a written quotation and any subsequent agreement. Submitting this website’s form does not place an order.

Review the proposed material.

Before progressing, establish the proposed lot’s identity, available assay, origin, packing and net weight. Agree whether sampling or independent inspection is required and who is responsible for arranging it.

Establish the documentation.

The documents required depend on the material, source, destination and transaction. Parties should identify the applicable permits, customs requirements, commercial invoice, packing list, transport documents and any agreed certificates before shipment.

Kenya’s State Department for Mining describes mineral export permitting as a formal approval process. The applicable permissions must be established for the proposed mineral export. Consult the official licensing guidance and relevant authorities for the current requirements.

Agree packing and transport.

Confirm suitable packing, weights, handling, collection or loading arrangements, and the destination country or port. A container count does not establish a shipment’s net tonnage. Delivery terms, insurance, freight and customs responsibilities are agreed for each quotation.

Commercial terms remain specific.

No fixed price, payment method, deposit percentage, shipment date or delivery term is published as a blanket condition. Any commercial commitment must be confirmed in the agreed transaction documents.

Confirm current availability.

The current coltan container count is shown on the product listing. Buyers should request current availability and lot details before progressing an enquiry. No container size, net weight or assay is implied by that count.

This page outlines the enquiry and export coordination approach. It does not replace transaction documents or the current requirements of the relevant authorities.
