Website terms.
The role of this catalogue and the information it presents.
Using the catalogue.
This website provides general information about mineral and metal sourcing enquiries with Alkharteet For Multi Activities. Product names, photographs and descriptions help start a conversation. They do not establish a particular lot’s assay, origin, ownership, net weight or suitability for a buyer’s purpose.
Quotations and agreements.
Submitting an enquiry does not create an order, reservation or contract of sale. Prices, quantities, quality requirements, payment terms, inspections, export documentation and delivery responsibilities must be confirmed in the relevant written quotation and agreement.
Availability.
Published availability can change. Confirm the current status and details of the material before making commercial arrangements. Container counts do not specify tonnage or container dimensions.
Photographs and intellectual property.
Product photographs are representative third-party images used under the licences listed on the Image Credits page. They are not represented as photographs of Alkharteet-held inventory. The Alkharteet emblem was generated specifically for this website.
External information.
Links to authorities and other websites are provided for reference. Requirements can change, and the parties to a transaction should confirm the current information with the relevant authority.
